WHAT IS A GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE (GFE) UNDER THE NO SURPRISE ACT?

A GFE refers to health care providers’ obligation to provide clients not using insurance an estimate of the expected cost of their services. You have the right to request from your provider a GFE prior to commencing therapy services.
